So as to avoid the inevitable need to be competitive in an increasingly demanding Market, the Management of TECRESA has decided to establish a QUALITY POLICY, that by means of the implantation of a QUALITY SYSTEM will enable us to meet with both the demanding requirements of the Norm UNE - EN - ISO 9001: 2008, and those demanded by the CUSTOMER.

With the diffusion of this QUALITY POLICY, the MANAGEMENT besides making the whole organization understand it, expects it to be fulfilled so as to achieve the following objectives:
• PERMANENTLY SATISFY THE CUSTOMER´S REQUIREMENTS, AS WELL AS THE LEGAL AND REGULATION ONES measuring the degree of Satisfaction by means of an enquiry that will allow us to detect the deviations and proceed consequently, which means that the service we supply the MARKET will meet the suitability to use, the benefits, safety and reliability.
• TO BE COMPETITIVE IN THE MARKET, which means that using a correct application and meeting the QUALITY SYSTEM, will allow to control and reduce NON QUALITY COSTS, setting the Management in each fiscal year new objectives.
• ANALYZE THE INCIDENTS REGISTERED AND CLASSIFIED IN GROUPS, so as to be able to adopt appropriate corrective and preventive actions, investigating the potential causes of the latter and eliminate them.
• INVOLVE OUR SUPPLIERS, as part and parcel of our Quality chain, in the same way as we are from that of our CUSTOMERS, by means of an annual evaluation, communicating them the result so as to eliminate the deviations produced.
• TRAIN EVERYBODY IN THE ORGANIZATION, carrying out an evaluation of each course offered so as to analyze its effectiveness and act consequently so as to meet the requirements demanded in each post.
Once these objectives are reached, we are sure we will have reached the GLOBAL OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPANY, allowing us not only to remain in the current, but to introduce us in new and more competitive ones, too.
Consequently, with the targets set, this MANAGEMENT COMPROMISES to provide all the necessary means at its disposal, so as to comply with the QUALITY POLICY, as well as adapt it to the changes that may occur in the MARKET and TECHNOLOGIES.
